This garden apartment is part of a luxurious Arab building. Within the framework of the conservation process, the structure was taken apart and rebuilt in order to enable it to be connected to a new building at the rear of the plot. The conservation was undertaken using the precise reconstruction of specific materials and details, such as: grilles, iron shutters, wooden windows and blinds, style of stonemasonry etc.
The garden apartment retains the “language” and atmosphere of the original building, with the addition of some touches of modern design to achieve a light and trendy look.
